Fulfillment
and Distribution Services
The WRS Fulfillment Department is structured to service two segments
of the distribution marketplace:
-
Distribution Services
- Consumer programs servicing
Each of these segments
require development of specific skills and capabilities in both our
work force and systems / procedures.
At the core of both
services is the facility layout. Now encompassing over 20,000
square feet of dedicated, secure, climate controlled space within the
main WRS plant, the Fulfillment Department exists as a self-contained entity.
Areas are provided for pallet storage and timed release product as
well as individual pick and pack. The area is secured with
access restricted to fulfillment personnel. The department utilizes
its own shipping and receiving docks which are located within the
secured area.
WRS Fulfillment
includes its own support personnel such as customer service, billing
and order entry.
